There are two sets of envelopes with a single stamp and additional July 4th stamp.

Fourteen of the Single Stamp Envelopes were affixed with a special July 4th celebration stamp and canceled by Newport GPO on July 4, 1987. This was done in honor of the Declaration of Independence after which the boat Declaration of Independence was named.

All of these envelopes makeup only two sets of seven different envelopes in each. These envelopes are available as sets only. One set is included as a non-separable part of Complete Paquebot Set making only one other set available for purchase.

There is only one sets available for $1,000.00.
